Our local team scored two, but in wrong goal

Our local team Brann kicked their coach the other day and today was the first match without him. They scored two goals! But in wrong goal. But who minds that, its the finish that counts isn’t it? What goal they put the ball in doesn’t matter much.

Now people are discussing whether they will keep their league or not this year, I think they will make it – they have proven they can score.

Oh well, football isn’t everything, now I want to see the two last episodes of Lost so I can be finished with it and move on in life.

Heres from the match:

Football became a tad more entertaining

Ah, football got a bit more interesting today, Sunderland won against Liverpool. The fun thing is that a Liverpool supporter helped them.

The video of the incident keep getting deleted from YouTube, if this one gets deleted to you can go here to watch the video.

Update: it has happened again, someone don’t want it to be kept on Youtube. Heres a relay from Maisfutebol:

Is this fair play? Double moral in football

I am not a dedicated football fan but I like to tend a game once in a while and sometimes watch the matches on TV. Yesterday my local team played the quarter-final in our national cup where a situation made the whole country explode. Our keeper injured his leg in an accident earlier in the match but he continued. Later in the game this happened :

What would you do if you were the attacker. Would you stop? Many thinks he breaks the Fair Play rule, but all of them are unwritten. Who decides what to be Fair Play or not? I think its unfair to judge the attacker, I bet he would be hated by his own if he stopped the game. The referee didn’t have time to blow the whistle until the attacker scored.

When I see a match I hate it when the players grab the opponents clothes or uses hand-tricks hidden from the referee to stop an attack. The players doesn’t seem to be willing to play fair anyway so why do we suddenly judge some of the cases?

This is how many wanted him to do it :

British football fans gathers to punish Norway in Eurovision Song Contest

In the Champion League semi final between Chelsea and Barcelona Øvrebø a Norwegian referee made a few mistakes which lead to chaos and turbulent aftermath – Chelsea lost and their supporters mean Øvrebø is the reason.

As usual a lot of testosteron is released in football both from supporters and players. Supporters threathened to kill Øvrebø and players tried to attack the poor referee – a typical incident in football if you ask me. But now people in UK gather to punish Ryback, the Norwegian participant in the Eurovision Song Contest to revenge Øvrebø’s actions. How weird is that?

ANGRY footie fans have vowed to get their own back on ref Tom Henning Ovrebo by stopping Norway winning Eurovision.

Chelsea supporters are still fuming after losing last week’s Champions League semi-final.

Rybak has nothing to do with football so why punish him? Or why punish Norway as whole?

I guess its not wise to mess with football supporters, or players…

Football in sunset

300420091164

I was at Brann Stadion yesterday and watched my local team play against Lillestrøm, its always a great pleasure to sit there and watch – over 15000 people makes a lot of fun mood. Especially when they win, like they did this match. Sometimes I forget watching the game and studies the people instead – its worth a doctor degree. People change when they enter the stadion – its like everyone becomes a little hooligan. Its weird but fun.

It was a beautiful evening, football in sunset.
